Returns and refund policy

If you wish to return your item please return within 14 days of deliver for refund (original payment method) or up to 30 days for boutique credit unless otherwise stipulated. Items must be unworn with any tags attached.

For hygiene reasons we do NOT offer refunds on earrings.

LWS Boutique does not offer FREE returns unless items are faulty. The customer will be responsible for postage costs to return items.

LWS Boutique will endeavour to refund any returned goods ASAP but please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed.

Incorrect Or Missing Items

LWS makes every effort to ensure that the items that you receive match your order. 

If the item you receive is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original condition ( including packaging ) and we will forward you the correct item as quickly as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us. 

If there is an item missing from your order, please get in touch by email and we will aim to correct any errors made as quickly as possible.
